Bound in full crimson leather with gilt titling and tooled decoration to upper board and blind stamped tooling to lower board. Wear to top and tail of spine with slight fraying, bumping to corners and slight fading of gilt. Undated - previous owner's ink inscription to f.f.e.p. is dated Christmas 1868. With 24 full page illustrations in colour printed by Kronheim of London. Repair to first page of Frisky the Squirrel. Small incidences of spotting throughout, illustrations clean. No pagination.
