Abridged and translated from the Persian by Charles Elliott Esq of the Bengal Civil Service. Printed for the Oriental Translation Fund. Brown boards with title label, and llibrary reference label to the spine, boards are fully intact but there is rubbing and shelf wear particularly to edges of spine. The spine title is worn away and not completely legible. Internally this volume is tightly bound and intact. There is a Baptist Missionary Society Library sticker to the front paste down, and some staining to end papers through to title page. Contents are bright and clean with no foxing although there is also some minor staining to rear end papers. pp 144+8. Overall this copy is in good condition for its age.
