Red title bands, green author bands to spine - Vol. III title band is cracked but has been jigsawed back together. An amateur reapir has been attempted to the hinges. Some loss to title bands. Marble end papers, all edge marble. General shelf wear to extremities, esp. top and tail of spines. Hinges weak. Corners slightly bumped. Overall a lovely set but in a fragile state.
