Pretty pictorial paper covered boards with some loss to the extremities otherwise in good condition. Green cloth spine with light shelf wear to the top and base otherwise in good condition. Some cracking to the internal hinges making the binding a little weak. There is foxing throughout although the contents are still fairly clean, beautifully illustrated at Racquet Court by Edmund Evans. pp. 64.
