Ninth Edition. Both volumes bound in full brown leather with gilt ruled border framing a lattice grain pattern. Spine has five raised bands, gilt decoration and two title bands. The binding is in good condition despite a little scuffing to the rear board of volume I. Brown end-papers with pencil notation to the rear paste down on volume I. Pages otherwise are clean throughout with just the occasional spot of foxing. Volume I, pp. xv + 556. Volume II, pp. vii + 560. Overall a good + set.
