Edited by the Marquess of Granby And Mr George A.B. Dewar. Bound in green cloth in good condition despite minor discolouration. Gilt pictorial to the front and rear still bright. Minor shelf wear to the top and base of the spine with gilt titles slightly dulled. Top edge of the text block gilt and still fairly bright while the fore edge remains untrimmed. Pictorial endpapers with book plate to the front paste paste down. Binding is slightly weak with light cracking to the internal hinges. Pages toned although clean throughout illustrated with five photogravure plates and two beautifully illustrated coloured drawings of birds. pp. 304. Overall a good copy.
