Volume the Fourth. From January 1st 1858 to December 31st 1858. Hard Back First Edition. Half bound in black leather which has slightly faded with marble paper covered boards with some loss especially to the extremities. The binding is weak with the front board and spine detached from the text block. Previous owners' inscription to the front paste down with the occasional thumb mark and foxing. Rear endpapers stained possibly caused by damp. Pages however are generally very clean with just the occasional spot of foxing. pp. viii + 1302 + 2. A scarce volume wonderfully illustrated throughout with a folding plan of Westminster Palace to the rear. This book is heavy and may incur extra postage.
