Hard Back. Half bound in burgundy leather with red marble paper covered boards. Gilt titles and five raised bands to the spine. The leather is a little darkened with a little wear to the base of the spine, however clean and generally in good condition. All edges of the text block and endpapers marble. Previous owners inscription to one of the prelims. There is foxing throughout however the text is legible. Text is double columned with the occasional illustration by Cruikshank, Leech and Tenniel throughout. pp. viii + 180. Overall a good copy of this classic collection of ghost stories, myths, legends and poems.
