Hard Back. Second Edition, 1910. Handsome presentation copy bound in full blue leather with decorative gilt borders and gilt coat of arms to the front. Five raised bands, gilt tooling and burgundy title band to the spine. The leather is a little worn with slight cracking to the outer hinges. All edges of the text block and endpapers marble with presentation label to the front paste down. Pages appear unread with no marks or foxing and illustrated with the occasional monochrome plate. pp. xvi + 373. Overall a good copy.
