Unusual military history first edition with very precise informational research. Original jacket over navy boards is intact and clear. Pages sharp with occasional maps and two inscriptions (dated 1937 and 2014) to the front free endpaper. A little tanning to the endpapers, very faint. Paper jacket shows wear to edges and has darkened in places. Tight binding. pp.x+240. Overall fair.
