Volume I: The Site. Hard back. Whilst the pictorial design of the jacket is still clear, it is rather worn, with a number of slight markings, and considerable wear to the extremities, especially along the top and bottom edges. The spine retains its colour well, but is also worn, especially along the top and bottom edges. Internally, there is a small pencil inscription belonging to a previous owner in the front free end papers, and a number of very small ink markings. The pages are very clean throughout. pp. 219. Overall a very good copy of this study of the site of Lullingstone Roman Villa which includes numerous images, as well as highly detailed fold-out diagrams.
