Hardback. A 1929 reprint. Beautfully bound in cloth with gilt pictorial to the front and gilt titles to the spine. The cloth is a little discoloured to the front however the gilt remains bright and clean. Slight toning to the spine with the cloth lightly frayed along the front outer hinge and to the top and base. Internally the binding is tight. Light foxing to the prelims and towards the rear, the rest of the pages are lightly toned but clean throughout. Beautifully illustrated with 40 tipped in colour plates by Arthur Rackham. pp. 134. A lovely copy of one of Rackham's most popular works.
