Hardback. New Impression. Beautifully bound in navy cloth with small gilt pictorial to the front, gilt titles and vignette to the spine. This is an ex-library copy, so there are the usual markings. There are the remains of a label to the base of the spine and closed tears to the top. The top edge is gilt. Ink stamps to the endpapers and minor pencil notation to the contents page. The rest of the pages remain clean, beautifully illustrated with eight colour plates, tissue guards missing, and several black and white line drawings throughout. pp. xiii +174. Overall a good copy.
